However, the form won't process unless something is entered in to these fields. (ie, they cannot be left blank) If you don't wish to disclose your Address to us, you may enter "n/a", "none", "undisclosed" or similar into these boxes. Q. Is this a 'Subscription' of any kind? A. No. The purpose of this form is for you to create an Author's Account with our Article Directory to allow you to submit your articles. Author membership is free and will always remain so. This is not a newsletter or ezine subscription, and your email address entered here will not be used for marketing purposes. You may however be contacted by us occasionally in relation to important site announcements or updates. It is important that we are able to be in communication with our members from time to time. This is a membership requirement. Q. What happens to the information entered into this form? A. The information entered on this form is inserted into the Article Directory database in order to create your Author Account. This information is protected by our privacy policy and used only by the Article-Buzz Article Directory software and administrator for operation of your Author Account. Your information is never disclosed to any third party, ever. Q. Can the information I enter here be changed later? A. The email address you enter here cannot be changed. All other information can be modified in your user profile area when logged in to your account. You may also create multiple pen names within your Author account. You are also able to edit/delete your articles when logged in. Q. Can I cancel my Author's account later? A. If you wish to cancel your Author account for any reason, you can do so by contacting us. We can remove your account from the database along with all your related account information that was entered on the signup form. If an account is removed, it can not be re-instated. Notes: 1. Email Address: You must use a valid email address. An account authorisation email will be sent to this address. 2. First / Last Name: Please use you real first and last names on this form to create your Author account. After you have confirmed your account, you may then create pen names to use for your article Submissions. Your published articles will be listed with your chosen Pen name for the particular article, and not your Author Account name. eg: My Great Article Title by: Chosen Pen name 3.
