You may ask about the exchanging, restoring of products or the costs returning. One exemplar will be left with you and the other you will send to a seller. A tradesman must accept such a letter. If he rejects, you may complaint to a protection of consumers.

Then a seller has to react on the claim in ten days. If a seller still says that it is a consumer’s fault, you may demand for an expert examination. The examination will decide whose fault it was and the culpable side will pay for the research.
