It is the high season for sports in Arizona and for many other special events. People all over America will want to come and stay in Arizona. Why not benefit from it? The hotels will be loaded anyway and they will run out of available rooms. All you have to do is register and list your vacation rentals and price offer on a specialized website. This way, you will have the best exposure. It’s that simple! You can make changes at any time in your listings. Simply sign in to your Owner login home page and edit the changes. Each section of your listing is represented by tabs. Remember to always save before leaving a tab you have updated and going to the next tab. Within one to two business days, you will see your changes appear on the live site. Still, you won’t be able to make changes to the basic page set-up. The templates are set up the way the site owner decided. The goal of these web pages is to present each property's information in a consistent way for the ease of the traveler. Descriptions, rates, headings and photos will appear in the same place for every listing, so travelers can access the Arizona vacations info quickly and conveniently. Then, your listing will be put online. Once you have paid and entered the minimum required fields (noted by required), the website’s staff will complete a review of your listing. This usually takes one to two business days, and then your rent property listing is made live on the site. So, don’t waste anymore time! Go and register! It’s best that you take some professional photos of your house. Some photos on the Web look excellent, while others don’t. Most owners find that the photo was poor due to diminished light or bad exposure levels. Polaroid, copies of photos, houses obscured by trees and shots taken at bad angles all can look poor on the Web. Photos submitted from a brochure, due to the 4-color printing process, result in cross-hatching or moire patterns. In these cases, you have to shoot a better photo and resubmit it. Best results come from 3 1/2" x 5" or 4" x 6" 35mm photos. Sunny days with plenty of blue sky in the background are great times for taking photos. It is recommended that you constantly rephotograph your rental home. The small amount of time in taking pictures pays big dividends in number of rentals. Once you have uploaded a photo to your listing, make sure you have also transferred it from your photo library to your listing. Once you have done so, the sites should approve your photo(s) within one to two business days. Be careful with details like description of the rooms. In tourism terminology you may discover different names for rooms, for example, half bathrooms include a toilet but no shower or bath tub. Full bathrooms include a toilet and a shower, a toilet and a bath tub, or a toilet and a combination shower/bath tub. On some websites, you may include a link to a personal Web site on your listing. However, the Web site must not include links to other Arizona lodging, Arizona hotels accommodations or rental units not listed on the specific page you choose to do your listing. The World Wide Web is perfect for rental searches and it’s probably going to be so, in the near future. Every day millions of people log on to the Internet and browse the online property rental market. For them, the Internet is a great database, offering access to comprehensive property listings and helping them to find exactly what they are looking for. Why not take advantage of it?
