We are full of stress these days. Stress in getting to our job, stress in traffic, stress in getting projects and reports due at work. What to cook for dinner, and a host of other questions that go through our minds each and every day.

Unless you are able to handle theses stresses you might be a candidate for stress related hair loss.

You would probably think that stress related anything would relate to heart palpitations, or worse yet a stroke but stress related hair loss is a real issue to be concerned with.

If you're a first time hari loser you probably need to take a look at your lifestyle. If you feel stress in your life and do not know how to cope then hair loss may be a side effect.

Too much exhaustive emotional stress can lead to hair loss if you don't know how to cope.

This is not a permanent issue because you need to have some kind of program in place for yourself to be able to counter the stress that you have in your life.

Stress is good and bad in your life. We need stress in our lives to get us up in the morning to do the things that we need to do. If we don't know how to deal with stress, then we don't need it. It is as this position of indecision that gives stress the upper hand in our lives.

If you can identify the stress in your life right now then you have something you can work towards.

Coping with stress related issues in your life may require that you speak with your physician or even close friends that can empathize with your situation so that they can give you ideas on how to cope.

I will categorize what type of stresses might be affecting you so that you can be aware of the issues that it gets identified with.

Diseases. You may be experiencing some kind of virus or disease disorder in which case you definitely need to get a checkup from your general physician to get yourself healthy again.

Diet. If the foods that you eat are nutritionally deficient of the nutrients that you body needs then you will experience much more than hair loss. If you know that you need to eat better foods but don't do anything about it then that could be stress in itself. This is easy to fix, just start eating better foods high in protein.

Medications. If you are on any type of medication check the side effects. One of the side effects may be hair loss. If it is then this is also easy to fix. Get the primary medical condition out of the way and then stop taking that medication altogether and quite possibly your hair will come back.

Emotional issues. You could be going through a tumultuous issue with a relationship that you're in right now. That can cause your body to react unhealthy. You could start experiencing hair loss because of it. Emotional issues could be of any type of traumatic event that has recently happened like a accident that you were in, or the death of a close family member. These type of events will definitely affect your outlook on life and also you could be experiencing hair loss as well.

As you can see stress can definitely be linked to hair loss and you need to be aware of that fact when diagnosing yourself as to the core reason of experiencing hair loss for the first time.
